Abbacadabra

Abba still singing? You would swear they are here on the Oasis!! Really incredible - and just one of 4+fabulous shows... All shows are Vegas class - and include - Hairspray - the broadway musical, An ice show that will have you dazzled - and the aqua show on the deck 5 - high diving, synchro and dancing fountains - can it get any better?

Dinner anyone?

Not only is there the fabulous dining room (The OPUS) check out the menu - but over 10 specialty restaurants!!

Hey kids... look at this!

If you are a kid - this is the cruise for you!! And for parents and grandparents - it's even better!! The facilities are really incredible - with science labs, Wii's and more!! There are also many roving classes - so you see kids with RCCL staff doing fun things around the ship (basketball anyone?). They take children 6 months up - and have qualified staff that can watch your children while adults dine, spa or .... And don't feel guilty - I talked to some kids in the program - and they don't want to be picked up. But - as RCCL is always being innovative - how is this for INNOVATIVE thinking:

FAMILY TIME DINING: Eat in the main dining room with your children and their meals will be brought first and children will be ready to be picked up by activity staff after 40 minutes. Adults finish their meal leisurely!! Can it get any better?

Public Areas

What a ship!! The "outside" public areas are really incredible. And you think you would get lost - but you don't! They have these amazing interactive screens that can help you find your room, a restaurant and what is going on at that moment - in 4 languages!!

We entered into the Royal Promenade

What an entrance!! You cannot believe this is a ship - it feels like a floating city - and you enter on main street! Bars, restaurants and shops, an english pub and even a cupcake store tantalize you! What a great beginning - and we haven't even seen our staterooms!

Check in was a breeze...

The ship really is unbelievable when you drive up to it - there is no mistaking that this is the largest cruise ship in the world (45% bigger than the next biggest ship!). With 5200 people checking in - we were worried it would line-ups and waiting, waiting, and waiting... But they have really impressed us!! What a system - check in by deck - and was incredibly smooth.
